Ingredients

2 winter squash (I use acorn squash)
4Tbutter
4Tbrown sugar
2Tcinnamon

Instructions

Preparation:
 
Preheat oven to 375. Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Fill each squash half with 1 T butter, 1 T sugar, and ½ T cinnamon and roast for 30-45 minutes or until squash is tedner. Add more butter if desired.
