1 apple
  strawberries or melon
1⁄2csoy milk
1cfruit juice (any flavor)
1ozyogurt (any flavor)
2Tprotein powder
1dscinnamon
1tpowdered vitamin c (optional)
1⁄2ozspirulina (optional)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Drink cold or at room temperature.
