Roasted Balsamic Broccoli

A crispy compliment to any main dish
Ingredients
| 1 | lb | broccoli (florets) |
| 4 | T | olive oil |
| 1⁄4 | c | balsamic vinegar |
| salt and pepper (to taste) |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Let broccoli sit until oven is ready and then toss once more. Spread broccoli evenly over a baking sheet (you can line the baking sheet with tin foil to minimize the mess) and cook for 25-35 minutes, stirring broccoli to re-coat every 15 minutes or so.
