Herbal Workshops with Larissa: HERBAL DIGESTION!

Digestion has a strong influence on our nervous, hormonal and immune systems. Did you know that your digestion can affect not just your physical health but your mental health as well? In this workshop, participants will learn to identify plants that help promote healing, we will have discussions about what we find during our herbal walk through of the herbal garden identifying both culinary and medicinal herbs. As well as make herbal vinegar, tincture and oxymel digestive remedies, while sipping on PFP herbal tea. Come join us!

Workshops will take place at Poughkeepsie Farm Project at 51 Vassar Farm Lane, Poughkeepsie, NY. 

TICKET PRICING:

10 tickets will be made available to City of Poughkeepsie residents for free. All other tickets are $20. As a reference, the market rate for herbal workshop ticket is $25. Tickets will be available for each workshop individually and can be purchased here.
