Welcome back to another season of Junior Chefs!  In this class we will be learning to work with phyllo dough, which is a lot like layering a beautiful collage, and is edible and versatile.  We will prepare two different flavor profiles, a savory spring vegetable and sweet apple cinnamon.

Please fill out this form to register a child for cooking class, ages 7-12.  We will meet in the Barn at the Vassar Ecological Preserve, 51 Vassar Farm Lane, or if weather permits, outside in the Education Pavilion.

There are free spots reserved for students attending Poughkeepsie City Schools.  Sliding scale tickets are available for $15-25.  You are not ensured a spot until you have received a confirmation message.  You are welcome to stay and observe the class if you like!  If you decide to drop your child off, please return for a tasting and Q+A of the chefs between 6:15-6:30pm.
