August Harvest of the Month: Melons
The first watermelon on the farm is always an exciting part of Summer! We’ve enjoyed using watermelon and other melons, like cantaloupe, in sweet and savory dishes with our summer programs, and it is such a refreshing, cool treat after working in a hot garden.
