September Harvest of the Month: Tomatoes

Tomatoes are a garden favorite because they taste so delicious fresh from the plant, not to mention they are beautiful and familiar to most of us. They are a great addition raw, but can be the star of a recipe like sauces, pico de gallo, or a bruschetta that can be prepared by students!
